General Requirements For Tinned Copper Ribbon
Free of cleaning, no copper exposure, tin detaching, black spot, corrosion, cracking, scar, scruff & burr exceeding tolerance on the surface. The coating surface of tinned copper ribbon appears to be shiny metal.

Labeling
Every smallest inner package need to be attached with following labeling.
"product label" a piece
There is a piece of "output label" inside every inner carton.
There should be "environment sound" label on lead free product.
The content of "product label" includes but not limits to: spec, spool No., production date, net weight, Lot No., shelf time, company information.
Transportation
Transportation mode can be air, highway, railway, sea depending on the different regions where customers are located. But all kinds of transportation must meet product protection requirements.
Storage
Tinned copper ribbon should be stored properly under the dry, ventilated, free of acid & alkali or harmful gas environment, the relative humidity should not exceed 60%RH and the temperature should not exceed 40. And then the shelf time of our products will be up to 6 months referred to the production date.
Tinned copper ribbon shouldn't be placed directly on the floor, by the window, but on the dry pallet, further more, the total height of ribbon pile shouldn't exceed 1m, weight per pallet shouldn't exceed 1000KGS.
